Terms of Service
The rules for using Employability Hub as a job seeker or recruiter.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and DigiHR Versatile Solutions (non-profit organisation). By creating an account or buying a service you agree to them. Some services also have specific terms set out on the relevant page and in our Refund Policy.
2. Accounts
Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse of your account. You are responsible for activity on your account that you could reasonably have prevented.
3. Job seekers
You must only submit information that is true and that you have the right to share. You are responsible for checking every CV, cover letter and application before you send it.
4. Recruiters
Post only genuine, lawful vacancies for an employer you are authorised to represent. Use candidate information only for that recruitment, comply with POPIA and employment equity laws, and do not discriminate unfairly. Do not copy, sell or harvest candidate information.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not post false, misleading or fraudulent jobs; charge candidates fees to apply; harass or spam users; impersonate others; upload malware; scrape the site; bypass payments or security; or overload our AI features with automated use.
6. Your content and our content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us a licence to store and process it only to provide the services. The site design, templates and software belong to us or our licensors.
7. Paid services
Prices are shown in Rand. We are a non-profit organisation and are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Payments are made through Yoco. Current paid services: CV or cover letter download (R99, or R49 once for verified unemployed youth aged 18–35), AI career coaching (R49) and a 60-minute human coaching session (R450, or R99 for verified unemployed youth). Workshops and masterclasses are shown as samples and cannot be bought yet.
8. No guarantee of employment
We provide tools, guidance and a way to connect with recruiters. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any particular outcome. AI-generated content may contain mistakes.
9. Availability and changes
We try to keep the platform available but may need to pause it for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update these terms and will show the new version and effective date here.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the ECT Act, or our liability for gross negligence or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Complaints and law
Send complaints to nthabeleng_m@outlook.com. These terms are governed by South African law.
